v1.4.1 Microsoft store prep - truncate and crop

Getting ready for Microsoft Store..

• Added truncate selected action (shift+click to set a custom length), and crop to selection in the editor panel.
• Fixed bug playing back sample after editing in the edit panel if the sample was currently playing from the list.
• MS store prep.
